Why Mandibular Advancement Splint (MAS) Silensor-sl ?

The Silensor-sl consists of  upper and lower splints with connectors. The lower jaw is either held in a predetermined position or advanced with the help of special Slide-Link connectors that attach to lower and upper splints. As a result, an airway passage is cleared, and air velocity and soft tissue vibration are lowered.

With Silensor-sl jaw movements are possible but falling back of the lower jaw is prevented. This makes the Silensor-sl a comfortable and effective appliance for snore management.
